Our skit was a stenographer recording what was said in court.
Another word was reassurance. Reassurance means to make someone feel better. In Monster Steve's lawyer isn't that reassuring.
A third word someone did was interject. Interject means to interrupt something. In Monster the lawyers interject each other.
